Section 10.2 (in Chapter 10) has a glossary of terms (Chapter 10 terms at least). You'll find a definition of RMM there.

Yeah, a single PDF would be handy!

Would be nice if you were to include a glossary of terms. Currently looking for the definition of RMM and can not find it.
